At PeaChat, we value your privacy. In compliance with Meta's platforms policies, we provide a clear way for you to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your user data associated with the PeaChat WhatsApp Bot, please follow these steps:
Option 1: Via WhatsApp (Fastest)
Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our official WhatsApp number: +263 71 823 8300.
Option 2: Via Email
Email us at admin@peacro.africa with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please include the phone number used to access the bot.
What Happens Next?
- Once your request is received, we will verify your identity.
- We will permanently delete your phone number, profile name, and interaction history from our logs and databases.
- You will receive a confirmation message once the process is complete (usually within 48 hours).
Note: Data required for legal or financial auditing purposes (e.g., proof of a school fee payment) may be retained as required by Zimbabwean law.
